Iron Ridge is a new residential community coming to the Russell Ranch master-plan in Folsom, CA, and will feature four modern living plans, quaint features and unique architectural styles. While the mark already existed, CONTRAST was asked to develop the vision for this community’s branding including the design system to be featured on all sales collateral and marketing materials.
